JD Power’s Claim Satisfaction Surveys have shown that agents that are perceived as being involved in the claims process experience higher retention rates, as well as increased customer satisfaction indexes.

Local Provider of Continuing Education for the Insurance Professional
Kniesel’s Collision has partnered with 5th Gear Enterprises and Laurus Insurance Consulting, both leaders in professional insurance CE training. Through these partnerships, we specialize in quality, customized CE class offerings at no cost to the busy insurance professional.
Kniesel’s has been proud to be able to offer both on-line classes, as well as exciting live courses, presented throughout the year. These courses are pre-approved and reported directly to the California Department of Insurance. As you are aware, the California DOI now requires Sircon credit reporting fees for each course completed toward your Contiuing Education. Kniesel’s has opted to pay these fees for you!
Please also note that an agent license is not required to partake in our continuing education courses.
