Your guide to getting your vehicle looking great again

Step 1: Insurance or Cash?

Here at Kniesels we work with all insurance companies, which means we can help you through the claims process and insure the highest quality repair for your vehicle. If your damage will be handled through insurance, you need only inform them that you wish to use Kniesel's, and we'll take it from there. We'll have daily contact with your insurance company to promote speedy and quality repairs. Our company understands that repairs can be expensive and often people do not realize how costs can really add up. Therefore, if you decide to pay out of pocket, we will work diligently to provide the best value repairs, and strive to meet your budget.

Step 2: Get an Estimate

The first thing you should do is contact or stop by one of our three locations, ask us any questions you may have and get an initial estimate. This is free and not only will it give us all the necessary information to plan your vehicle's repair, but it will give you a more detailed idea as to the extent of the damage and cost.

Upon completing an initial inspection of your vehicle we will be able to either take your vehicle in immediately for repairs or if it makes more sense, we can set up at day for you to bring your vehicke back in for repairs.

Step 3: Bring in Your Vehicle

Once you decide to have Kniesel's repair your vehicle, our staff will take it from there. We will:

  • Work with you to schedule a drop off date to begin repairs.
  • Communicate with your insurance company to sync our repair process with there needs.
  • Schedule a rental car to be waiting for you when you drop off.
  • And have all necessary initial parts ready for an immediate repair start.
When you arrive all you will need to do is sign a couple lines authorizing us to begin repairs and we will take it from there!

Step 4: During and After Repairs

During your vehicle's repair at Kniesels, we will be giving you frequent updates as to the status of your vehicle and letting you know of any changes there might be to the estimate.

Finding additional damage, parts price changes, or a change in the estimated completion date will warrant a call from us. And if you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call and we will address it immediately.

Once your vehicle has passed our thorough quality inspection and is ready to be picked up, your account manager will contact you to schedule a pick up time.

After you pick up your vehicle, you are protected by our lifetime warranty. If you have any concerns, please bring them to our attention and we'll address them immediately. You may also be contacted by our independant survey company, and we appreciate your honest feedback on the service we provided you.
